Product Portfolio

Leading with a creative eye

I’m a product and business leader with 15+ years of experience leading and working with empowered teams across a variety of B2C, B2B, and Platform industries. I lead teams to create experiences that people love, and that enable sustainable growth. While Product and Customer Experience is where I live now, because I am passionate about it, I have owned various other parts of organizations - Marketing, Sales, Operations, Human Resources. This has helped me have a well rounded view of what's needed organization wide to set-up right processes, systems and team to drive right outcomes.

My Philosophy:

"Add incremental value"

There is beauty and value in every experience, and I am constantly seeking out new perspectives and insights, to add incremental value to what is.

This constant need of learning has helped me in the years leading cross-functional teams, developing, and launching innovative products that have made a real impact on people's lives. Deliver an experience that is visually appealing and behavior driven way to manage their needs. Driven by real user data, based on quantitative, qualitative and observational user behavior.

I thrive when working with teams to develop business and product strategies, and then coaching and empowering them to build products that are useful and valuable to the business.

I further help teams create and execute Go To Market strategies that ensure consistent and healthy growth for the business.

How I work

I am a builder and love getting my hands dirty, whether its partnering with the team to build out the right process for scale, thinking through and implementing the ideal customer journey and experience, or building out tools.
